Summer on the Farm

Enjoy all that the early summer has to offer on the farm. Dig in deep with our Farmer Brett Ellis in our organic garden. Harvest fresh veggies and head into the kitchen to make summer dishes, make homemade ice cream and cook on the fire.  Explore the farm’s hiking trails, canoe on Wood Creek Pond and take in the historic village of Norfolk. We’re excited to also welcome local knife maker Michael Rubin of Black Cap Blades. Michael will demonstrate knife care and talk about his craft. Of course we’ll do a quick knife skills workshop before we get into cooking together for the rest of the weekend.
