Norfolk has long been the home of Lost Ruby Farm where farmers Antonio Guindon and Adair Mali have been making some of the best fresh chevre and aged goat cheeses. This year Lost Ruby has a new home in Canaan with Kristie Laverdiere. Farm succession is one of the most often talked about topics amongst farmers. We are thrilled to be able to celebrate the passing of the torch of this well loved local cheese. We’ll gather together for drinks and snacks and hear their story of transition and then move on to enjoy a dinner featuring Lost Ruby Cheeses around our communal farm table.
