Explore the delights of fall fruits during this farm stay. Highlights of this weekend are cider pressing and donut making with Culinary Director Tracy Hayhurst. We’ll do lots of baking with orchard fruits as well as incorporate them into some of savory dishes as well. Late September is still an amazing time in the garden as well and guests will join Farmer Brett Ellis in bringing in the harvest.
