Summer is a fabulous time to use all the fresh veggies coming out of the garden to make Mediterranean Mezze! Sip on a glass of wine, grab an apron and gather in our kitchen for this hands on cooking class culminating in a delicious feast of small plates: golden beet hummus, homemade pita, tabouleh, cucumber salad, lamb kofta, and chevre cheesecake!
