Gluten-Free Italian Cooking Class

When we think of Italian for our natural instinct is to think of pasta but there are so many delicious dishes- indulging traditional desserts that can be made with out wheat or gluten containing grains. In this class we’ll make risotto, braciole, traditional sugo and polenta as well as gluten-free pasta and some mouth watering desserts! Paired with some of favorite Italian wines.
