Enjoy a Sunday morning farm walk at Beavertides Farm in Falls Village, CT followed by a relaxing lunch. Farmers Dan Carr and Marleen Van Gulick will lead guests through the farm and tell the story of their farming journey and how rotational grazing benefits their animals and the land. Meet the sheep, goats, the family cow Georgie, as well as the bees in the apiary while hearing the vibrant discussion about the importance of farmer chef relationships. Then gather for a rustic summer lunch prepared by Seed & Spoon Culinary Director Tracy Hayhurst.
