Why cook when this refreshing medley of veggies, shrimp and cold saba noodles offer a lovely summer dinner alternative. Shrimp is sauteed with our Shiitake mushrooms and garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt & pepper. The noodles are mixed with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds and gochujang and surrounded by julienned cukes, carrots, green beans, onions and cabbage. Yum!
