Description
Sirloin cubes marinated in onions, garlic, rosemary, beef broth, tomato paste, s & p, and a scooch of sugar, then grilled. Add on summer squashes, peppers and onions and you have summer on a skewer! Served with potato salad made with our own fingerlings and a vinaigrette dressing.
