Crispy, delicious, and different! Our own parsley, garlic and cilantro blend with chickpeas, red onion, olice oil and s & p and result in a wonderful summer meal. Served with Tzatziki Sauce that makes full use of our bountiful cuke crop and dill. Sauce contains yogurt, grilled lemons, olive oil, farm dill and garlic. Comes with homemade Pita.
