Description
A summer delight! Pork ribs rubbed with a mix of peppercorns (black and white) coriander, red pepper flakes, brown sugar and salt. Ribs are grilled, then finished in the oven with bbq sauce. Yum! The salad is a mix of our own cukes and cherry tomatoes, plus parsley feta, quinoa, lemon juice, garlic, honey, olive oil and s & p.
