Wild Foods Culinary Farm Stay

Delve into the world of wild foods! Over the course of this weekend we’ll be foraging for the tastiest wild greens of the season as well as visiting the greenhouses and fields for the first harvest of cultivated veggies from the farm.
Weekend Highlights:
Friday evening Welcome Dinner. Kick off the weekend with a seasonal cocktail and introduction to the farm followed by a convivial multi course dinner around our farm table with our other guests.
Saturday’s workshops include foraging for wild edibles and a visit to our ramp nursery with Rana Justice. Harvest fresh veggies for dinner with our Farmer Brett Ellis and get an insider’s look into our organic farming practices. We’ll end the day gathered the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class using the wild and cultivated harvest of the day.
Sunday morning can be spent doing farm chores with the crew, exploring our hiking trails, helping with brunch preparations or just relaxing. The weekend is capped off with our  fabulous Sunday brunch.
Rates are inclusive of all meals, beverages (including wine and cocktails), activities, two nights lodging and a few treats to remember us by. Double occupancy $1950 Single Occupancy $1550.
