Mushroom Inoculation Workshop

Learn about shiitake mushroom cultivation in this hands-on workshop with Rana Justice. Rana will guide guests through each step of the process as well as lead a visit to our “mushroom yard”. Seasonal snacks are included. Each participant will bring home a half size inoculated log.
