Discover how easy it can be to lactose-ferment your own veggies at home. With fresh ingredients from our own garden we’ll be making a variety of ferments like Kim chi and other pickles. During lunch we’ll taste a selection of ferments as well as sourdough bread from the Saturday’s Farm Stay workshop. Attendees will take home their own creations!
