Join us on Friday, July 25th with artist Lisa Sigal to learn about fermenting and preserving your favorite vegetables to last longer than the season. Lisa will guide participants through the basics of fermentation and how to make kimchi, sauerkraut, and more featuring farm-fresh produce. In this hands-on workshop, participants will make their own fermented treats to take home & try out some pre-made lacto-fermented goodies. All materials provided. Limited spots available.
