Beekeeping with Dan Watkins

Dan Watkins of Beeworks will teach how important honey bees and other pollinators can be to our backyard ecosystems. Dan’s work blends hand-crafted hives and modern beekeeping techniques to replicate the natural systems for thriving pollinators and honey production. Dan will introduce guests to the hives at Husky Meadows and demonstrate how his apiaries work in symbiosis with the surrounding ecosystems. This event is by RSVP only. Limited space available.
